公園にお爺さんがいる

公園裡有一位老爺爺。

There is an old man in the park.

公園の真ん中の噴水の前

他坐在公園正中央的噴水池前。

He is sitting in front of the fountain in the middle of the park.

私は噴水から出た一滴の水だ

我是從那個噴水池飛出的水滴。

I am a drop of water from that fountain.

お爺さんは私を見ていた

老爺爺看著我，

The old man was watching me.

私もお爺さんを見ていた

我也看著老爺爺。

I was watching the old man too.

一秒前に一滴の水として生まれ

一秒前，我作為一滴水誕生，

A second ago, I was born as a drop of water.

一秒後には池の一部に戻る

一秒後，我將回到池裡。

A second later, I will return to the pool.

隣を飛んでいる水も

在我旁邊飛著的那滴水，

The drop flying next to me

一秒前には私の一部だった

一秒前還是我身體的一部分。

was part of me a second ago.

一秒後に私は彼の一部に戻る

一秒後，我又會成為他的一部分。

A second later, I will be part of him again.

私も一滴の水だ

「我也是一滴水。」

お爺さんは言った

老爺爺說。

said the old man.

A second later, I will return to him.

そう言うとお爺さんは

說完，老爺爺

Saying that, the old man

池に飛び込んで怪我をした

跳進池裡，受了傷。

jumped into the pool and hurt himself.
